Arrival and departure

Please note that the rooms are only available from 3 pm. Your room reservation is guaranteed until 6 pm. Should you be arriving later, we ask you to please inform us in advance. Dinner is served until 8 pm. Should you arrive late or depart early for whatever reason, we will charge the full room price due for the missing period minus Euro 15,- per person/night.

Cancellation

If you cancel up to 8 weeks before your arrival we will return your down payment minus € 35 arrangement fee. Should you cancel less than 56 days before the date of arrival, we will charge for the booked stay minus € 15 per person and per day (cancellation fee).

Reservation/Payment

We ask you for a down payment of € 500 per room reservation due within one week of booking. We are not responsible for any bank charges. Please reserve by phone, fax, post or email. Place of jurisdiction: Landeck.

We are happy to accept payment by debit card (EC card), credit card (VISA, Mastercard) or cash.
